Celebrating Outstanding Customer Satisfaction during Customer Service Appreciation Week

It’s the most wonderful time of the year at GTRI, from waffles and coffee to painting and brews, all the bases have been covered. The week of October 6 – 10, 2014 is National Customer Service Appreciation Week, a week that highlights the vital role of customer satisfaction at GTRI. As a company that prides itself in its relentless commitment to the customer, GTRI wants to make sure our employees know they are valued and their exemplary service to the customer is appreciated.

This is the fifth year in a row that GTRI has recognized its employees with the customer service week celebration. This year there are three catered meals, a premium coffee and smoothie cart, a bake off contest, massages, ice cream and even a “brushstrokes and brews” event.
