CTA's C-Level @ Mile High Event Connects Colorado Technology Leaders

by Steve Foster, on Mar 11, 2015 4:24:49 PM

Editor's Note: Steve Foster is the GTRI’s COO and the chairman of Colorado Technology Association (CTA). C-Level @ Mile High is an annual event organized by CTA to bring together technology business leaders in Colorado. GTRI is a proud sponsor of this event, happening this year on March 19. For details and registration visit CTA's website.

I've been involved with C-Level @ Mile High for seven years and each year I’m overwhelmed by how deep the relationships grow. C-Level really is a platform for connecting, and drives CTA's programming and advocacy efforts to build those connections all year across Colorado and beyond.

Large companies may come because they struggle to innovate and want to discover technologies that startups are building or seek partnerships and acquisitions. They also may use it as a showcase to differentiate themselves and their products. In many ways, I see C-Level as Colorado’s version of a smaller CES.

However, its scope is far reaching and always expanding. Three or four years ago, none of our political partners was there, and now they’re meeting folks, getting informed and understanding all of the opportunities within our incredible tech community. It’s exactly what we want and need to keep our great state ahead of the curve.

Whether you come for talent, business growth, or to engage other Coloradoans passionate about tech, I know you won’t leave empty handed. And as a bonus, you’ll be a key contributor in helping CTA build the Colorado tech industry of tomorrow.
