GTRI Announces Fourth Quarter Customer Satisfaction Survey Winner

Thanks to social media, many businesses have discovered that it’s easier than ever for customers to air their complaints. Customers on Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, etc. have a built-in audience that goes beyond family and friends, and sometimes the stories they share spread far and wide. This is one reason why we are living in the “age of the customer” where customers not only have a platform for complaining but also for offering feedback and thanks.

Wcustomerexperiencepuzzlehile some businesses seem to be struggling to adapt to this new reality, at GTRI we are used to hearing what our customers have to say. In fact, we encourage it!

Since 2009, we have been sending customer satisfaction surveys to our clients, seeking their feedback on how we are doing and what we might do better. For the past few years we held a drawing once a quarter and selected one person who completed a survey to receive a $250 Apple Gift Card. The fourth quarter 2014 winner was Zack Farley at Tri-State G&T. Congratulations Zack!

Starting this year, we’re giving a $10 Amazon gift card to everyone who completes a survey.

GTRI also holds an ISO 9001:2008 quality certification, which demonstrates our commitment to continual process improvement, and to exceeding our customers’ requirements and expectations. Our customer satisfaction surveys are part of our Quality Policy, and we make sure that every rating and comment is reviewed.
