by Robert Berger, on Apr 15, 2015 11:14:15 AM

GTRI received a special recognition from Splunk at their 2015 Americas Partner Summit held on March 16-19 in Maryland. We were awarded the Splunk 2015 Public Sector Buttercup Award. The award is given to partners who are successful at building a business around Splunk and driving value to the overall ecosystem. (If you’re not familiar with the award’s namesake, Buttercup is the Splunk pony that serves as the beloved mascot for the company.)

This is GTRI’s 6th Partner Summit Award from Splunk over the last three years, exemplifying our strong commitment to and partnership with Splunk.

GTRI has made significant contributions to driving success for Splunk in the public sector. Our Splunk Virtual Bootcamps have received more than 1,000 attendees in the past year. At the summit, we were encouraged by receiving lots of positive feedback from members of the various Splunk account teams for helping drive and accelerate opportunities with our team members.

Splunk Buttercup AwardGTRI is a Splunk Elite Partner, and one of just two Splunk Authorized Training Partners. We are recognized as Splunk’s most credentialed partner in North America, with over 50 total certifications across sales, engineering, administration and architecture. The award GTRI received was one of seven partner awards presented to public sector partners.

In addition to the award ceremony, the summit included breakout sessions, hands-on technical tracks, and a solutions and technology partner showcase. As expected, it was a great event, and we’re already looking forward to .CONF in September.
